I received an offer for 30$ free bonus with 1x rollover upon trying to claim it i was 1/2 hr too late i was at work all day when i msg about it they told me as apology they would give me $10 bonus x60 playthrough. … not fair… im so disappointed by this casino lately …

Same thing happened to me and i went to the customer service chat on the slots. Lv app and they told me theres nothing they can do. Im on pacific standard time and the 30$ bonus is going off Eastern standard time. people have jobs and are usually busy all day i feel like they did that on purpose cus why would they only give us a couple hours to redeem it.

Please note that all bonuses are offered at the discretion of the Promotions Team and are issued with an expiration date by which they must be claimed. Once a bonus is claimed, a new expiration date is applied, allowing time to complete the rollover requirements.
