Hi, I was awarded 50 free spins in my bonus page. I claimed it and it loaded everything and it says free spins but it will not when I spin it. It says error reload the game. I reset my cash cookies I turn my phone on and off I’m playing on chrome incognito I even tried Safari DuckDuckGo.

Can confirm, the free spins are not working. I do hope this is just a random free spins thing and not related to the broken reward points/scratch card fiasco going on right now.

so I’m still unable to have access to the scratch & win crypto bonus and it’s been like 4 days now and also this is the 3rd time I’ve had free spins added to my account as part of my monthly bonus and they don’t work. Last month I received spins on Blazing Suns but every time I spin an error pops up and it says “error occurred please reload the game” and this month it’s doing the same thing on Medusa’s Riches. So basically what I’m saying is I can’t use them so what’s up with that???
