My Free Spins Delight bonus isnāt working again either. I contacted customer service and was told to complete troubleshooting steps. When I replied that I had already done so, they admitted thereās an issue with the game and that itās being looked into. However, they refused to offer any compensation. At this point, Iām starting to wonder if this is intentional ā a way for them to claim theyāve fulfilled the bonus offer without actually paying out anything.
