Im having the same issue… can’t get past the first spin. Tried on mobile and different browsers. Also to be offered $6.50 spins and then knowing they will definitely change the free spins amount is extremely frustrating… maybe check that the game actually works and is ready for a ton of users to play it before getting my hopes up with a free spins email

I also have the same issue, the first spin of the free spins sends it to error and asks me to reload. I’ve tried all the helpful tips but can’t get free spins to work. All week I have been having issues trying to play my deposits on many games I would like to play.

I’m having the same issue. It is because instead of ye low bet like 20 -25 cent, it’s stuck at the 6.30 bet. I sent an email but still not fixed. This is the only site that I have issues with when they give you free spins. Very very frustrated yet again. I took a break from this site for that very same issue. They started getting better but recently it’s starting again with all these bonus and free spin issues.

Yeah I was having the same issue but my spins on blazing sun never showed 6.50 or 6.25 a spin mine showed .25 cents a spin but wouldn’t load, So I was offered 20.00 dollars through chat. But I see that some players were offered 30.00 and someone else was offered 50.00. I play a lot and I’m Diamond flurry level player would have thought that I would have got an higher compensation like some other players. But something beats nothing! More importantly I hope that players who didn’t receive any compensation get compensated really soon. Everybody deserves compensation for this issue.
