I was told I was eligible but never got them been getting them for while. Reps gave me the run around multiple different answers . The resolution was to wait till the end of the month and they’ll look into again ! lol really guys for being the highest vip tier you would think they would just take care of it when I went to the chat like the last rep did. The absolute worst customer service in the chat I’ve ever seen .
