I totally understand! And I’m sorry that yet another loyal player is being disregarded! Not sure how long you’ve been an player in slots lv. But I can tell you for a fact being that I’ve been with them over 6 years that they never used to be they way that they are now! They must be having some serious financial problems and just taking off players. Ever since they’ve started those hot drop jackpots everyone who can’t bet on the higher end has been getting screwed!

I have been a player since the early days. Can’t count it in years because I lost track.the attitude of admin has changed. They no longer give the player the benefit of the doubt. Players seem to be regarded with suspicion not to be trusted.

All they see is dollar signs! That’s the only thing that matters to them. As a player, if I don’t see some gratitude and return on my deposits I am not going to keep playing that site. In the early days, Slots.lv and it’s sister sites offered cash-back and created a ton of goodwill with its positive approach to player participation. Today, chat patronizes the players with their phony responses that mimic a homey attitude.
Yeah the responses on turning down an offer for a free cash bonus is very scripted!

Once again, I have no bonus from the crypto club and once again I am being denied any free play or bonus. You would think I was asking for the key to the golden gates! Deny, deny, deny! That’s all admin and this site knows when it comes to free play or complimentary free bonuses. The fact that I haven’t deposited on this site for over a month and have not been offered any match bonus’s for a month is not sufficient to grant me a free bonus. Well guys, I see how you feel about your players and I am not going to deposit till things change. I am a very old and established player so take my comments seriously!

We are sorry to learn that you are displeased with the level at which you have been receiving freeplay exceptions. I am afraid that CS and mods are only able to extend exceptions when available. With that being said, there are forum promotions at your disposal that are held on a weekly basis.

My friend, I haven’t received a free play promo since I don’t know when! It’s unfair and discriminatory. I always liked Slots.lv, been a participating player for a very long time however; your policy changed a couple years ago to favor the house in a very radical way. No more cashback or free play given unless your first born is offered for sacrifice. Chat is impersonal and patronizing. I am disappointed and disgusted!

Sorry to hear that. Noticed that they removed my post but actually I don’t even care. I don’t feel that I’ve said anything wrong just being truthful tried to get some free play today and was turned down AGAIN for the millionth time. Just know that I’m someone who definitely shares your feelings about how slots is doing handling things. Hopefully it’ll get better in time.

I am finally joining you on not depositing until I’m showed some gratitude and appreciation by being able to get some free play! I’ve made my last deposit and been turned down for some free play for the very last time! Having to beg for for some free play is beyond insulting! Not asking anymore. Hopefully I can win something later on today from my reward points from more deposits and losses. I’m just literally at a loss for words on how slots lv has treated me! Livid at this point!

I haven’t hit like big even lately to go around bragging about it, but… My biggest hits ever gambling was at this casino. Multiple hits, one for almost 50k. I will prob never hit that again but it is my choice to chance spending money here. This casino offers points as we play, which a lot of other online casinos don’t. Not too, mention the puzzle challenge that finished earlier. Hmmm, what other casino offers that. I believe people are either lying know that this is the better choice of another casino. Especially, when they compare offers, but still accept what they are stating is the worse, instead of going play at the other casino, with better offer…

I have nothing but good things to say about and too both the casino and its associates…
They have always paid me the few times Ive actually have taken the opportunity to withdraw my winnings. That being said it doesnt mean i have only won a few times, becuase that woukd be inaccurate to say the least. I have won more than plenty but through my own wishful thinking of winning more and more I have lost those winnings. To which yes from time to time have gone back to ask for something to go towards the money deposited which i played with resulting in either a win or a lost. Not to say the casino didnt give me the opportunity resulting in either outcome…
Either way whenever i have gone back to ask for something no matter the outcome of the answer i recieve im always thankful and polite even if the answer i recieved wasnt the one i was hoping for… Also i appreciate the timely manner of the responses
So to all those CSR of Slots.lv thanks again… That being said to all those players both unlucky or greedy… Maybe change somethings within you starting the way you treat others and things might start changing for the better for you…
