Is the Free spins delight discontinued ?
Upon reviewing your account, we can see that your case was escalated by our Support team. It appears that you were not eligible for the Free Spins Delight promotion.
I wasn’t asking if I was I just wanted to know if that promo is no longer I wasn’t asking about me specifically
The promotion is still on going.
What about the vip Sunday free spins ? That still currently active ?
Yes, eligible players get email about the offer.
Guess these free spins they are talking about are just for the lower tier players. I’ve been at that top tier for years…
HI @jewell36 , Thank you for sharing your insights. However, please note that this promotion is not limited to lower-tier players; it is available to a broader group of selected and eligible players.
Thank you for your understanding!
Is this still available. ?
Hi @Mykawaiifinds , yes, it is still an ongoing promotion.
How do I see if I’m eligible and what game is it ?
Hi @Mykawaiifinds, thank you for reaching out.
The end-of-month free spins promotion is still ongoing. However, eligible players are normally notified by email four days before the end of the month or by SMS before the end of the month.
After reviewing your account, I’m unable to see that this offer was made available to you. Unfortunately, this means that you were not eligible for the promotion, which is why the free spins were not added to your account.
Thank you for your understanding.
