Free Bonus gone after Referral

I noticed once I referred someone I can’t get a free bonus despite depositing quite often. Has anyone else had this experience?

Btw I can’t get the referral bonus to save my life either

I’ve been wondering why all of the sudden when a good amount has been deposited and played and for a good amount of time, why all the sudden I also cannot seem to get a bonus and now that I’ve read your post, the timing of this all matches exactly with referring someone. I received the email confirming they signed up- but no bonus for that either. And when I’ve attempted to check, I’ve been instructed to tell the person I referred, to login and get in touch with Slots LV.
