**can anyone on here tell me what there average win on the 50 spins combined is? And how many people sometimes spend hours on chat to get them? For me it’s $1.50 avg. and I’d say 1-2 times per month I spend about 6 hrs on chat for an issue, that if I did not contact support would not have received otherwise, so 6 hrs that was an error on casino side %100. They give you inconvenience bonus., which then becomes your courtesy bonus. So when you ask for a courtesy they say you received one, but we all know that was a bonus added as a inconvenience. I believe the most I have won on those spins is about $6. The average is about $1.50 for me also. You are absolutely correct about the obscene amount of time waiting on chat. It is absolutely ridiculous.
Can easily spend 30-45 minutes just to ask about the spins. There definitely needs to be an evaluation on how to make chats more efficient for the agents and customers. I think a good start would be avoiding the “how’s your weekend “ “any plans for the weekend “ etc. Or possibly entering your pin/ dob prior to chat being initiated.

It is a joke how much this game takes from players. The return has to be less than 5 percent. You could spin for 50 times in a row without any win. It is probably why this site has 5X Vegas as the bonus slot. They know people won’t win anything from it.
I can’t use any of my free spins and the folks on the chat don’t seem to understand what I am talking about.
