So I got free spins playing pearl pursuit and when I got a retrigger one or two spins into it, the free games just restarted and I didn’t get the retrigger. And when I got subsequent retriggers, they worked as they should have. But instead of the 26 games I got, I should have had 34. I tried chatting just now but it’s been 35 minutes and I haven’t been able to get through. I stopped playing immediately after the error.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone I waited over an hour trying to connect to anyone on chat and times out every time. Wasted over an hour. Hope it all works out for you!
