I opted in and haven’t received anything for any of my past 5-6 deposits of $30 or more. I never really get anything except an occasional $5ish like once a month. I spend quite a bit too. Kind of ridiculous

Well I deposit with a card do you? They told me in email several times this last past week that they are basically only given out bonuses for Bitcoin only which I think is crap money is money why wouldn’t you give out bonuses and free spins when someone uses a card. I spend a lot of money too and haven’t gotten anything either for a while. It’s wrong

Hey do you guys need help over there? There’s been many issues. Who is handling your back end tech? At this point bonuses suck! I used to like playing because I would at least win a bonus here or there, now I’m lucky if I even get one or two, but nothing close to winning anything at all. This sucks. Seems like it started right after the Hot Drops were added. It isn’t fun anymore. Fix please. I’m barely getting over 15% playthrough.
