Once again, is a moderator able to confirm if an account is super exclusive or not? I just want clarification because I’ve seen many moderators confirm whether accounts are enrolled in the super exclusive program or not.

I’ve given you my opinion.
But we cannot see everything the same as marketing can, some accounts you can tell instantly, some you can’t
So for clarification I suggest you wait for marketing to reply to CS and they will contact you.
I do also see that this was escalated previously on 8th and marketing advised you were not eligible, so I think CS are just double checking this.

Nick you have confirmed many times if an account is super exclusive or not. And thanks for clarifying what marketing stated on the 8th. They claimed my account isn’t eligible, which is a lie. I received the 7500 points last week and today. And free spins today and yesterday. So how can it be my account isn’t eligible?

Can you also tell my why you “think” my account isn’t a super exclusive account if I clearly have received the weekly points and free spins in the past??

I don’t actually understand why you have been receiving the rewards.
This may have been an error on the account.
I’m sorry if I’m being a little vague here but there isn’t really much more I can tell you, and something that marketing will need to double check and make adjustments to your account if needed.

I don’t understand how this can be an “error” if I clearly have the message in my account on June 2, 2022, stating my account is a super exclusive account and no other communication after that. Lol I have received the perks week after week and now that I don’t automatically receive the spins, this is an error and I’m not Eligible??? This is a clear lie on your guys part
