Me too!! They really suck at figuring out when they supposed to pay out and naw
There’s a back up or glitch in the automated system. The mods just can’t do anything until the 24hr threshold is met.
But it was and they said sometimes you just don’t get it
If you are opted into the program, and make qualifying deposits per the terms and conditions, you will get it. But, your account may not qualify for the program. What makes one account eligible and the other not, is not officially disclosed anywhere. Often they will tell you just to keep an eye on your account. It can be maddening.
Rose, the terms and conditions say it will be credited within 24 hrs… if it’s 24-48 hrs, then the website should be updated to reflect it…. I’ve attached a screenshot
It’s now been 24 hrs and still haven’t received anything!
I usually received them within a couple hours if the deposit. My buddy got them within 2 hours today lol

Finally coming through 26 hours after first deposit! That is however after having the issue escalated by CS. @moderators

I’ve had the same issue before and get the same answer from CS (48 hrs).
Now I know where to go for real help!
I’m still waiting on a whole bunch of stuff haven’t gotten a bonus since the 6th

I have the same issure as well as my sister. I have complained and keep getting told I need to make ANOTHER deposit. I have made several and still nothing but a measly 20 spins and a terrible 125% match with 50X playthrough. If you arent going to fix this problem I can see many members going elsewhere.

@jennteel74 I believe your rewards were issued. The approximate timeframe of the perks being added after the qualifying deposit is 24 hours.
This also happened to me!!! I just wasted an hour of my life talking through chat because I received 20 free spins today which i was told was for another promo entirely. I used the crypto exclusive only 2x this week and when i used my 20 spins today I checked my avail bonus and it was for 125% which i thought was odd. So i forfeited the playthrough on those 20 free spins and when i tried to claim my 125% bonus it disappeared completely!!!
I contacted support right away and first Oscar didnt have a clue what promo it could have been then he goes on to accuse me of lying about it-!!! If i was goin to lie wouldnt i say it was for 150% at least??! Plus who is going to lie about a bonus!!! Smh!!
So thats when he said i claimed the crypto exclusive offer on Monday so i asked him where that bonus was!!! Usually i always have one available by this time of the week plus it says we can claim it up to $350 or 3 times and the free spins on top of thay even more. So i took a screenshot and he went on to check that for another 20mins so i decided to end the chat. He already accused me of making up the one bonus and it had been an hour already so i decided to check out this forum and it seems im one of many who got jipped out of the bonuses this week…

From what I’m seeing, you made one qualifying deposit ($20 or over) this week and you’ve been honored with the respective perks. I do not see anything missing.
As for the deposit bonuses, the expiration timeframe is 3 days.
thanks for checking into it. i actually went back into my account as soon as i finished writing this and the ‘Bitcoin Exclusive “ bonus magically appeared again! How i would LOVE to show Oscar this and that i wasn’t making this bonus up like he insisted i had for the 2 hours it went missing in my account (long enough for me to make my deposits and not receive any sort of bonus for them like i had hoped for, hence the whole reason I contacted chat support in the 1st place… I’m happy to see it reappeared but bummed that i had no bonuses to choose from at all when i wanted to use it last night :(. i understand things happen but i’ve been playing here for a long time and that conversation did nothing but piss me off at how i was treated and told that there were no bonuses available for me to claim at all and my “visual glitch” was incorrect when he was the one that was incorrect and made me miss out on my spins and additional 125%.
