What’s the bs about the “super” crypto program? Until 2 weeks ago I was receiving my 20 spins on the first qualifying deposit of the week plus my 15000 points as well as my 50 spins on each qualifying deposits everyday. Then out of the blue the 50 spins stopped being awarded?? 🫤 I talked to Juan and he saw that I hadn’t received that day and day before and was about to reward them until I mentioned that it’s been over a week since I’ve received any and he confirmed he saw that too. So instead of awarding the 2 sets right then and there he escalated the issue for the entirety of the missing spins time. After hearing nothing back for 2 days I contacted again. Djore-Liny then helped me and said he took saw the issue and re-escalated the issue. Finally today they reply with " you are not enrolled in our " Super" program only our exclusive program therefore not entitled to the 50 spins bonus. " 
Hmmm then why was I receiving them prior to the past 2 weeks? And why are 2 of your agents telling me that they can see I am owed those but can’t apply that many themselves? Sure seems convenient for cs to claim the super bonus level out of nowhere when there’s nowhere to upgrade to this level on the promotion page or the rest of the site. Please someone explain this to me

No on 5/28 6/1 6/2 and 6/5 there was multiple qualifying deposits and only one set of 50 spins were added to my account I even did a chat full times with different representativs and they stated only one qualifying deposit can be redeemed for 50 free spins it doesn’t matter if I had no I needed to make seven qualifying back-to-back deposits in order to get more spins
May 28th is a Sunday so the deposit wouldn’t qualify for the rewards of next week (However, the spins were added on May 28th too). On June 1st you made 2 deposits and received 2 sets of spins. On June 2nd you made two deposits and received 1 set of spins. This is all correct.
