Man last week I didn’t get like 2-3 free spins for my deposits….thought it would come and never did
I’m not seeing anything missing from this past week.

The deposit was made this morning, so you should see the spins issued later today, we cannot manually add unless the timeframe of 24 hours has passed unfortunately.
I understand I just don’t want it to conflict with the next day (Monday) bonus rewards thing, which I’m afraid it will…history repeats itself .
If they are not issued give us a shout and we can take a look for you, but I can’t do anything at this point unfortunately.

Okay this has probably been asked & answered and I tried searching within the post for it, but under the terms on this crypto exclusive program, I need clarification as it seems it has changed? "the first 3 initial deposits of $20+ aka qualifying deposits for the week) would render me getting 3 sets of the 50 FS am I right? after that the 4th and following deposits will only count 1x/day… that’s my understanding and it has been the case since I switched to this crypto exclusive program…
anyway, I can’t get thru with the chat agents/bot, circles only. - and I swear they make up rules TOS on the fly…
no where under the terms does it say/indicated that the 3 deposits have to be done on the FIRST/SAME DAY - SMH
The terms have not changed it has always been this way.

@moderators Hello I had to jump on this topic because I just spent an hour on chat with a very inexperienced chat agent Nerushka, I started the chat explaining how I made 3 qualifying deposits in 24 hr and I only received 1set of 50 spins when I should’ve received 3 sets of 50 total. She spent more time telling me how happy she is to assist me and started with the small talk, then she did understanding my situation l, then she told me the 50 spins are ready to play and she waited so I could check, 45 min into this nonsense I tell her they’re not in my rewards section or on the game. Then she places me on hold again, came back and said oh you played your 50spins and received 7,500 points and I didn’t find the message you said you received telling you about receiving multiple sets of spins … OMG I never mentioned receiving a message from anyone about spins, I told her I never said that and had to explain to her how it goes down with your first3 deposits if they are made in 24 hrs the total free spins added to the account t should be 150 I only have 50 and I’m missing 2 sets of 50 - she was completely clueless treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one on her when all I was doing was asking her where the other 100 spins were , the spins I earned for depositing, she says you can’t get spins for every deposit all day and I said no you can’t however if 3 deposits are made in a day that is the only time you will receive 50 spins x 3 otherwise you will get only 50 spins for every DAILY DEPOSIT! She shut me down with “I understand, is there anything else I can help you with” and before I could reply she closed the chat. Let’s be clear I’m missing 2 sets of 50 spins for 3 deposits. These chat agents need to be retrained I shouldn’t be on a chat for an hour without resolution and because she had no idea what she was talking about I’m posting this here and going back to chat with hopes I receive a well trained knowledgeable agent!
