Iâve never even heard of end of month spins and Iâve been here many many years and deposit and lose on nearly every single deposit anywhere from 50 to 100 times a day. What are or I guess I should say WERE these end of month spins?

Regarding the lag and technical issues, weâre very sorry for the inconvenience. These issues are certainly not intentional, and the team works to resolve them as quickly as possible whenever they arise.
You dont understand our frustration because ypu dont play like we do or as long as we have.

Saying you get an extra super scratch card is misleading⌠you only get one with qualifying deposits. There is nothing extra about it. You get 2 100% on deposits up to 500 a week on 20 dollars or more and if you deposit 30 dollars or more you get 1 super scratch card per 3 day period.
I havenât received my reward points either for my qualifying deposits

I hope they get something comparable. The other 3 sister sites all have a prize wheel. The prize wheel here was always very good to me and I miss it. I got one VIP promotion since then and it is for $50 as long as I have the 60,000 promotion points to buy itđ. I canât even pay for the promotion it has to be points⌠I will never use it
