Same issue here except mine only went to spin 8/10 then reloaded with no history of it anywhere! It’s always something here and I mean anyways!!! Last night I was given 50 free spins through my email offer… Who wants to guess if they worked lol why hell naw… Asked support for help do you think they did anything?! Who wants to guess? Earlier today I asked support again what was the deal like are they giving me the free spins or not it’s not rocket science and I was told it had been escalated to my host and she was taking a break right now. Guys as per the team the issue was fixed.
Payouts were processed successfully and no further errors were observed. However, players affected before the fix will not be able to resume their interrupted rounds and those will have to reach out to Live Chat support.
