Correct, you did receive a bonus on your birthday but it was requested through Customer Service. It wasn’t an actual site birthday bonus.
I actually received a phone call from Slots LV wishing me a happy birthday last Sunday 4/24 and he gave me some free spins with a max cash out of $10 awwww. Hey at least they thought of me enough to actually call me. So sweet. I gratefully cashed out at my $10 and that was that. None of which was requested by me. Just saying it’s the thought that counts. Especially coming from here. With the upmost respect… It’s pretty tight here on bonuses but I also win more here than anywhere else. So I’m not complaining too much. Ultimately I enjoy playing here. Even with a few hiccups (some of which were my own mistakes) but even still they made up for those too. No one is perfect but at least they try. We can’t win em all so of course you should expect to lose as well. Here it seems to come in phases or streaks I should say. Win win win win win lose lose lose lose. You can’t blame em for trying to make money. If we are unhappy with the results than we should not keep putting money in. Shoveling all your money then coming on here to complain about losing so much … It’s not going to make your case. Think about how many unruly and unreasonable players that lose and then talk shi… smack to the casino staff… I’m sure they are all numb or become that way. So with that in mind let me share with y’all my beliefs and experiences in all of life bc it definitely applies here too…
My thoughts will attract or repel what I think about in the relevant way. WHAT YOU FOCUS ON EXPANDS! Anyway. I’ve almost fell off my high horse here a couple of times today so with that rant, rave, advice or whatever it’s received as just make sure you pause and turn ur day around to attract what you want and not what u don’t want. Gratitude is like a force of it’s own. And u can’t find anything to be grateful for then be grateful for the things that u don’t have that you don’t want. I’m grateful I am not living in prison. Which in turns I could turn that into a more positive (attraction) statement… I am grateful for my freedom. Thank you for letting me share!

Hey i was just saying. Im very grateful for alot of things. Im not that upset just was stating a fact luv. I use to never win here but last month i did good so its turning aroind slowly. I guess i need to start playing like these big winners and try higher than 2 or 5 dollars. Maybe one day ill hit a decent jackpot lol. I just enjoy playing honestly lol. Hope u have a great day

I didn’t mean that to be directed towards you exactly. I really just wanted to share my birthday call from them but lately multiple people here are complaining and threatening to leave and I bet that they really don’t give a rats ass if a person or two leaves. I mean not to be crappy but why should they care. People lose and get mad and then say dumb stuff (I’m guilty) and this place cares enough but they don’t appear to be dumb or easily manipulated either. The point I was making, and not towards you, but definitely for you too… Is that well… Just what I said… where u lay your attention is where u also place your intention. U know? if you want something for yourself then feel like u would feel if you already had that something u want. Ask yourself what u would feel like if u won a jackpot… if you are sincere then that feeling will arise in u before you hit jackpot and then the universe has to comply if you don’t break that genuine intention. Idk. It’s a simple concept and proven scientifically but it’s not so easy either. Self discipline and gratitude do go a long way.

@Nick Lol…Define “we” bc I got a call from a gentleman saying he was with slots lv and he was calling to tell me happy birthday and to give me a birthday bonus. Now, if he was not really from here then idk how but that fool magically applied said birthday bonus to my account and we’ll. Idk maybe y’all want to consider beefing up your security.

21 grandkids??? Good lawd! Ur a busy and blessed woman! To answer your question no ma’am I have not won a jackpot on here. Well wait. I won the mini on reels the other day but wasn’t much, couple hundred but I win more in regards to frequency of winning rather than the $ amount. most I’ve withdrawn here is $1000 at once. But keep in mind I am not a high dollar player. I have won jackpots, at several land casinos, but still not online. But never have I bet more than $20 a hand and that was an accident. Lol. I tend to play more for the experience of consuming time and the distraction from the trauma of living with a narcissist.
This would be something specific to you from marketing. We don’t have a general birthday bonus that is automatically issued to all players.
