Since joining this site over a year and a half ago, I have received numerous rewards and “little gift points drops” for wagering “x” amount of $. Let’s just say, I can express the level of neglect I feel at the moment and the disgraceful interactions I have had with customer service since April 2, 2023. Just so everyone has a better idea of where my disappointment is coming from, here is screen shot of how much I wagered in about an 8hr time frame on April 2, 2023 and have not received anything other than a “deposit bonus.” What a joke. Do better promotions team. You drop little gifts in my account every week and have done so for 16 months(+) when I’ve wagered less than $10,000. But when I wager over $150,000 in less than 12 hrs, my account is overlooked? I’m hoping this is a mistake

Little gifts promo is totally random, there is no way to qualify for it. Hence, neither your wagers, nor their amount can somehow influence the process. Gifts are being dropped without reviewing the account, without any bias.
That is frustrating because good customers like me fall through the cracks. I think I need to just accept that they don’t value my business very much and cut my losses. I don’t win and I never get to play for long on my deposits. This on top of just neglecting to give me any kind of bonus is difficult to want to stick with. Thanks for all your help tho.
Well that’s completely different from what I’ve been told by several CS. I think the most upsetting part to all of this is the BS run around I get from all the intersections I’ve had with the people I’m supposed to “trust” when I reach out for assistance. The deceitful and misleading information I constantly receive validates 99.9% of the complaints I have viewed since joining.
And how could the rewards drop and ones account activity, wagering amount, deposit, etc…, have no correlation when the gifts I’ve received in the past on a regular basis are directly linked to what I’ve lost? The more I lose, the more my “little gift” is, the less I lose/wager, the less my “little gift” is.
I can’t imagine it being a random selection with unknown prize amounts being awarded because to be honest, that wouldn’t be fair. Someone loses $100 could potentially receive $500 for a little gift and then another player loses $15K could possibly find an insulting $3 gift? Highly doubt this to be true
Tuesday and Friday they drop and now all a sudden for two weeks nothing just like bovada cafe and ignition now

Another week and no gifts. Not even any new deposit bonuses for me. It’s laughable. If they really do just decide at random then that’s got to be the worst policy for retaining loyal customers bc I’m over it. Never cashed out, no gifts or point drops, and still missing 50 free spins from last week. So over it.
Well, as I expected, this is the little gift they dropped in my account today. They Waited until April was over to drop anything, when my deposits were less than $100 hahaha

I guess I’m not the only one then. Since my last drop (18 days ago) I deposited $5,300(not happy about this either) and they decided not to add mine to the account. But I’m not surprised now they’re playing dumb with me in chat and I’m just quite frankly over the communication issues as well. It’s more or less the inconsistency. I mean if you’re not going to do the promotion, fine and dandy! But do tell me before I decide to deposit $5,300 thinking I’m going to receive that little gift! I usually receive them like Clockwork but of course on one of my biggest deposit sessions they randomly tell me to kick rocks. Geez slots
