Ok someone has to say something so it might as well be me. The rewards program is strangely terrible. There are no levels above Diamond flurry. I have more than 3 million rewards points, and I get less rewards than I did when I first joined. I also got kicked out of the self-lock cashback program for a completely unexplained reason. Without so much as an apology!

It s sheer laziness that there are no tiers above Diamond Flurry. You guys are making plenty of money off of all of us, and I think it would be equitable to share some of the love with the people that are making you rich.

Same experience. The 50% playthru is so hard to accomplish because they have really limited what a 2 or 5$ bet wins. Just “won” 6.6$ on a 3$ bet bonus game. If I make it to 1k it is gone by about 96% playthru. Not even a fun time anymore!!!

Unfortunately they dont care and we waste our breathe. The more you spend thd less you get. Makes no sense. If i lived close to a landbased casino I would be getting so much free play, free meals and free hotels from what i spend here. But they really could care less.

Yea…it’s just too much depositing over and over again and losing non stop and getting no real perks in return!
I’m A Diamond flurry member too been with slots lv over 5 years and I’m treated like I’m expendable! The no cash back, no free play no nothing is getting old! Miss how slots lv used to be! Just not the same anymore!

Yeah I agree I have over 11 million rewards points no cash back anymore and the points back bonus went away last month also very frustrating

Same. I’m a diamond flurry member too. Almost 10 million points and I signed up in either January or February of this year. Got VIP then it was taken away with no explanation. Was getting deposit bonuses daily, not anymore. Points back program gone. Said in the notification something better was coming, but no one seems to know what or when. And anytime I ask for a customer service bonus (which lets be real probably gonna lose it all anyways) I only get offered a 50% match crypto deposit. This used to be my favorite site, disappointing to see the incentives slowly disappear especially for loyal players.

This is exactly right. The rewards program is terrible, its almost always impossible to clear rollover requirements if you use a bonus, and it is basically been nothing but losing here for a while. Somethings gotta give!

Same here Diamond Flurry with over 20 million points and they have eliminated all the daily crypto and VIP deposit match bonuses, no cash back program, and now have a new program which is absolutely terrible. They must be losing a lot of money because I would deposit 2-3 times a day sometimes and have spent enormous amounts of money, however since they removed all of the previous bonus offers and cash back programs I barely deposit on here anymore and I know a lot of others just like me feel the same way. What’s the point of being a VIP member when there’s literally no perks to it. Lan based casino I would be getting cash back, free play, free gifts and hotel stays. Marketing team has turned this site from my favorite online casino to one of the worst. Sad since I’ve been playing here for over 5 years, but until they change they will see little deposits from me going forward.

It sure feels like they are.
They locked and unlisted my forum post about the loss of their match bonuses because it’s hitting a sore spot apparently.
SlotsLV bring back the crypto match bonuses please. Show people spending money keeping you in business that you care.
I can’t imagine one single customer being happy that you’ve gotten rid of that program.

Kewlguy is 100% correct they are locking and closing posts related to this to make it seem like no one is taking about it which is absolutely sickening. This post we had going shows it was closed by Nick the moderator from Slotslv and it was still an open discussion about them removing both the Bitcoin Daily double up and VIP match bonuses for VIP members like myself. Nice job silencing your customers as well like a communist society.

No bonuses, hardly ever win, you lose way more than you win now and it’s not even close. Always under maintenance so they can change the algorithms. All the new slots they added have terrible win percentages. If you want a donation, just say that. Done spending my money on this site. Seems rigged.
