I question whether the rep is actually looking diligently into my inquiry of a exception bonuse. There’s always an attempt to make small talk. Then becomes long talk and no results. Waste of time. Shouldn’t take that long. Hesitant to make anymore deposits here. My tier has been at max for long and bonuses are far and few in-between. Whats the point anymore

I know right straight up the most usless and misleading chat agents ive ever expirienced.
Why do i have to keep allowing you 2-3 mins like 500 timea for something that takes 2 seconds.
