I’m actually posting from my brothers account because my account has been deactivated while waiting for my identity to be verified because I needed to change my phone number. I hit on the 20th and sent in my photos and documents that night and hadn’t heard anything at all so I reached out last night and talked to a supervisor who said I had to RESEND them and that now I was going to have to wait ANOTHER 48 hours with no explanation as to why I had to resend them. Me and my pregnant girlfriend are stranded on the street in an unfamiliar city until this goes through and I can’t even get a straight answer from anybody. This is ridiculous. It’s become pretty clear that they don’t care about their customers regardless of how loyal they’ve been… how hard can it be to do this??? Like I feel like they just don’t want to pay me.
