I’m a diamond member who plays pretty frequently. However, something has been off since all this started. I understand I can’t always win and I’m used to loosing, but when I get absolutely NO opportunity to even enjoy playing because the games are not even giving any play back it makes me frustrated. It’s like it’s just eating my money up. I hardly ever play under $2 but that’s impossible now. I’m getting $6 bonuses… idk. Just wondering if it’s me and others are winning before I take a break for awhile.

Thats exactly what ive been upset about i am diamond as well and i loose alot but atleast i play this last month i barely got to enjoy my deposits for 10 mins. Im so glad im not the only one who thinks this.

Last night I got up to $1200 from a $40 deposit, but lost it over the course of today. I was in like a 2 hour window last night where everything was sufficiently loose. But it slammed shut around 1am and never opened back up.

We only refute statements when they’re false. What @chicoraro78 said is accurate.
Though for some context I would state that there have certainly been times where there were amounts in the account that could have been withdrawn. Deciding when to withdraw is obviously a matter of player preference. If expecting to win a thousand dollars from $20 for instance it is unlikely to happen on many deposits. (I am not stating this is what @chicoraro78 is trying to do, simply stating an example of how a number of deposits without a withdrawal can be subjective)

Not alone. I got lucky back during the last Christmas holiday time winning over thousands with slot games paying from bonus spins . Same here! Ever since these new Hot Drop Jackpocks have started it’s impossible to win on any of the slots. Almost seems rigged so you will continue to put $ in to win the jackpot at a certain time. Almost every time it’s close to hitting I still get an error & have to go back to reload the game. As a loyal member I’m very disappointed and am planning to stop playing. Always lose money now and can’t even win . Do people even win anymore???
