My Experience Losing Here

The bonuses and rewards sysytem is terrible, customer service is non existent, and it has literally been impossible to win. Thousands of dollars in deposits over the last few weeks without even being able to run it up at all. Bare minimum hits a few times, and then straight to zero within a matter of minutes. Not enjoyable in the least bit and beyond frustrating. Anyone else having this experience?

Yes I’m with you on that! Having the same experience! Just insane the amount of losses! This place is beyond a joke! I don’t normally give up to easily! But this place has me literally ready to just throw in the towel! At this point it’s just throwing money away constantly! Like what’s the pint in even depositing :woman_shrugging:t4:

I don’t get why players blame the casino for them losing money gambling. How is the casino to blame when the decision to gamble was the players’ own?

Well if you actually read the post, not once did I say “this is the casinos fault.” I basically explained what I’m experiencing, and then simply asked if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. I fully understand that I’m the one who keeps making deposits. However, mathematically I find it very improbable to lose this consistently. Let’s not forget this is an unregulated, offshore, crypto Casino. Just my opinion…

I understand you are unhappy with your recent game play as well as customer service experience. bonuses are added based on availability and are never guaranteed. Your deposits and withdrawals are taken into consideration when bonuses are offered but is not the only factor.

What I can suggest is perhaps try changing up your plays to a different game as well a only play at a level you’re comfortable with.

@Takara Unhappy is an understatement. It adds insult to injury when you are not only losing, but also being turned down for any kind of no deposit bonus after depositing daily. The rewards program and customer service here has gone down significantly in the past 6 months. Thank you for the suggestion.

I should listen to my own advice, I just waisted a deposit on one game :tired_face: lol win some, lose some.

yep ,ive had enough they obviously werent making enough money .i have 4mil.lifetime points and im bailing ,they changed the denominations and bonuses and the amount paid if you do hit a bonus . i have never received a loyalty chip and the CSR says to me i shouldnt spend my rewards so fast or i would have more ,i earned that as a part of the agreement so say its just a bad luck streak is B.S…i live in the U.S.and all the casinos that i visit have
changed to the same winning algorythim as this ,the fi

What he is saying is that there is some level of accountability that you have whenever you do anything. I believe that you can strategize in anything and get some form of winning momentum. You can read this HERE. and let me know if this helps.

I don’t think anybody’s talking about accountability. Everyone knows that the deposits they make are their own choice. We’re talking about how the rewards program and customer service has significantly gone downhill over the past 6 months. You guys can keep changing the title of my post all you want. It’s a lot more frustrating to be treated like absolute crap after losing, than the actual losing of the money. We’re talking about the lack of appreciation for customers. No one is blaming the website for the money I chose to deposit and lost. I’m saying it has become a lot more difficult to win here, and customers are not appreciated or taken care of. The rewards program is a joke, and the customer service is basically non-existent. Also, seriously? Strategize to gain a winning momentum?

If you truly did welcome criticism, there would be no reason to change the title of the post. I didn’t say anything wrong, or swear or put anyone down. The reality is, the rewards program and customer service here have become laughable. I have been professional and civil in my posts and comments, I was simply looking for a consensus from other players on their experience here, and if it has been similar to mine recently. This is not the only post on this subject…

I agree kail , you have no control over the result of each spin based on the rng program .
So now tell me that you havent changed the RTP in the last year and then i will write everything thats happening on a serious string of bad luck . Be cause you are not regulated by any one for that to be set. I have enjoyed playing her i have over 4 million lifetime points , but something has changed and your gonna start losing daily players, it started when the denomination amounts per bet changed so there was a definite program change . So go ahead and be a wordsmith and use the rng as a blanket , but the real truth is in the RTP changes .

And im upset because . I dint want to switch casinos , but ive already shifted over half my spending elsewhere . Fix this so i dont have to leave completely
