If no to both theories, why can’t my favorite casinos get their stuff together?? Obviously we won’t know the details if they don’t share the details, but they are in control or they’re not, and it feels like the latter as more time passes with no improvement made.

So what exactly is the issue? I’ve been making deposits and gaining losses for two months now! All the while waiting on my bonuses and reward points that I have yet to receive! And the games keep playing like crap the same way it’s been for two months! Can’t come up on anything! Losing my exception bonuses and everything else that’s been granted to me! I’ve never seen anything like this before! Just take, take take and no give!

As far as I am aware any missing scratch cards will be honored, but you can speak to CS for clarity if needed.

I emailed customer service days ago and still havent had a reply. 2nd month in a row I can’t use my free spins is unreal. Some kind of compensation is needed to keep business.
Definitely wasn’t supposed to be $4/spin which I am sure is part of the reason we can’t play them. Mine we supposed to be 40 cents/spin and it showed $4 as well.

I was given a $20 replacement. Very disappointing since free spins on medusa amounted to $80.

It’s an error in the amount that’s shown. When you claim the bonus, the spin value is actually only 0.40 cents.

Same here, It’s so annoying. I couldn’t play them last month either. I claim the free spins and when I go to the game, it ask if I wanna use my free spins. But the dollar amount is wrong. Same issues as last month.
