How do I use my free spins to light bonus, what games?
This has happened to me the past two times. The first time they opened a ticket and gave me a complementary $10 and this time I was told that there was a problem with the promotion and I would get an email. I had won more than $10 this time when it glitched.
I had 50 free spins today on Lawless ladies return and on my 50th spin. I got an error please restart game message and when it refreshed, it said I had completed my spins, but my winnings didn’t show up and this is the second time that’s happened to me also I’ve reset my phone cleared my cashe done everything and it’s not working.

Same thing spent over 2 hours on the phone to be told they would contact me 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue.
I can see that Support has already escalated this for you, once there’s ann udpate, you should be receiving an email.
