Yep…I haven’t been given a cash bonus since July 2023 but a guy who just joined in December was given a $100 cash bonus. Loyalty means nothing here anymore.

It really does seem to swing wildly. I’ve been playing here for a WHILE and to be honest (although this is likely do to greedy perspective) it feels like the high swings are far less intense, in frequency and duration, than the low swings. I’ve gone through periods of ranting and screaming at cs agents and mods, and going down the rabbit holes of complaints and RTP conspiracies etc that you sometimes find here on the forum and on social media, to the point of fully shutting down my account (a few times). Ultimately to realize l always end up coming back and enjoy playing, even when I’m not making withdrawals. At the end of the day, if I am getting some decent playtime out of my deposit, that’s what I’m here for. I’ll place little personal gameplay rules on myself, or gameplay/bet limitations on a session to keep myself from the dreaded “deposit suck vortex” where any deposit seems to last WAY less than its value, but even still my first statement still stands. I do recommend, when you find yourself in a particularly discouraging low swing, try making a wild swing yourself and play something way outside your norm. Find the most unfamiliar slot, or even one you might have, for whatever reason, always opted not to try (I’m big on visual aesthetic, if doesn’t look good I usually don’t even open) and start with the lowest bet. I’ve actually found that to get me out of bad streak on a few occasions.
