This is being looked into everyone, from what I can tell this ‘Pirates Pick Freebie!’ is actually a reload bonus that can be redeemed with a deposit, but the name is confusing, so we’re clarifying this with Marketing and will keep you updated. Apologies for the trouble and confusion.

Just fyi they were two separate emails with two separate offers…the deposit bonus is separate from the free spins. I’m happy to send screenshots of both.
