Dealing with that right now super frustrating when you’re feeling lucky and they screw us over like this
I am also missing my spins and rewards points and I can’t seem to get ahold of support via chat. I am so disappointed with the site as well. I deposited 39.00 and used the bitcoin exclusive bonus option giving my somewhere around 88.00 to play with. Spin spin spin I won in total (and I counted because I only won on five spins in total) 14 dollars…. 14 dollars IN TOTAL!! That’s weird to me.
