The message I received said the program had changed to a minimum $20 deposit required to receive 7, 500 Rewards Points and 50 spins on 5x Vegas. I’ve made a qualifying deposit and am yet to see either of those
On review here we don’t see you receiving any messaging towards this and you aren’t opted into the program. Your payment methods are simply restricted by the payments team to crypto only. You would need to go HERE and upgrade the account.
Can you provide us the email showing you being advised of program changes?

I am not sure why you got the points so early since you had no deposit. This is actually somewhat of a benefit to you since they shouldn’t have been added. I see you recent deposit at 11 and the spins should be added within 24 hours.
I am missing the 50 free spins I was supposed to receive on Sunday (7/31).
7/30 - $20.97 (2:15pm) free spins used at 4:18pm
7/31 - $20.95 (1:06pm) no free spins rewarded
8/1 - $21.09 (12:20pm) free spins used at 5:49pm
8/2 - $21.68 (8:11pm) free spins used at 9:42pm
I tried contacting support but I don’t believe she understood me and only told me to wait 24-48 hours.
Maybe I’m completely wrong but I don’t think I am.
