@Blair_jr the qualifying deposit was made on September 20th and the benefits were received on September 21st. Usually they are credited within 24 hours after the qualifying deposit is made.
Slots.lv needs to get there stuff together. On your sister site you don’t have to wait up to 2 days to receive your perks or free spins. This company can take my deposit instantly but you want to make customers wait for our perks. Straight up ridiculous. And i would never refer anyone to play on this site. I was even cheated out of that…because you all provided me a link that didn’t connect to my account…and whose fault is that? As well as the malfunctioning on the games. That’s a load of crap I have never had to wait 24 hours for my perks of the promotion. But as of the last 2 deposits I have made a deposit and hours later I still don’t see any of my perks. I question why all the sudden is there this ridiculous delay. You guys definitely mention nothing about having to wait a full day until you receive these points and spins when y’all were trying to suck every member into the “promo”. What could possibly delay releasing something as simple as free spins within 30 minutes of deposit? I mean the Bitcoin deposit is released to my slots account within 10 minutes. I don’t understand why we’re forced to wait so long on something that you would assume is very similar to a deposit. I would go on the chat room and speak to an agent but 9 times out of 10 they just try and convince me that I should not be getting any free spins. In the past. I’ve had instant message agents release points to me immediately after spending 45 minutes explaining what a promo is and having he or she understand what promo I was referring to and breaking down what all is included in said promo. I guess I’m just asking if you admin and the agents have the ability to release spins or am I just going to have to play the waiting game?

@Blair_jr I can only see one deposit on September 21st in amount of $12.10, which as you may know is lower than qualifying deposit for this program.
No it’s not something I knew bc it’s hidden in the terms. I made the minimum deposit for the daily promo I used with my deposit. That is totally unfair. I was basing my deposit off the min deposit that is clearly listed in the drop down tab that displays the promo. This is more than a little frustrating. Why wasn’t the minimum deposit for the crypto promo clearly started in the main text like the daily double up promo that I used?! Had I known that I would have done so. The min deposit I saw was $10 so that’s why I only did 12.
@Blair_jr nothing is hidden, it clearly says that the minimum deposit for this promotion is $20. I strongly advise to always read Terms and Conditions or description of the bonus prior proceeding with depositing.
@Elijah I notified an agent about my spins she said because it was from last week she couldnt do anything because its on the last day before the new week starts an when i hit to get my crypto bonus to be applied with my deposit. If it didn’t give me my free spins an points she couldnt do anything. An my deposit wasn’t completed until Monday @3:11 a.m. The start of the new week. She told me to contact someone in the forum. Guys can I get some assistance getting a friend registered for an account. He’s tried multiple times to create an account using the referral link that you guys provide.
