Guys I just made a deposit using my Daily double. And the promo did not take. The deposit went through but got some reason the promo did not. And now it’s not showing at all. Can someone shed some light here?

@Blair_jr, as I checked your account at this moment you received all the benefits based on your deposits. Usually they are credited within 24 hours from the qualifying deposit.
No I made a 29 deposit under the Dailey double and did not get the 110% bonus attributed to that promo. I’m not referring to the points or bonus spins. I’m referring to the % added to $ deposit.

No I blew through that $29 as everyone knows when slots aren’t hitting as they aren’t now. $29 lasts a mere 30 minutes. I had to make a 2nd deposit

I had 3 qualifying deposits as of 1 30 pm today and recieved my free spins. I then made deposit of over 20 after that today and haven’t received my free spins for it
It does say firs 3 then one a day even if I have 2 on one day and 2 on another. I’ve gotten all 3on one day before

Yeah i want mine as well please fpr my deposit the other day your stupid customer srrvice reps are super rude and literally hung up our chat because he was convinced i only deposited 19.90 when i actually deposited 20.03 such an idiot wont even look correctly and see that he is conpletely wrong. @Pebblefist I checked your transactions and I can see that the deposited amount indeed was $19.90. For the future please make sure to deposit with couple of dollars more, to avoid inconveniences cause by fees from the wallet provider.
