I made multiple deposits yesterday over the required limit for spins and only received them one time. I am not talking about the one deposit from today so far. Only yeaterday
Since “maintenance” happened back in may everything has been horrible. I might win a little 1 out of every 10 deposits but it’s no where close to what I’ve put in and it takes it all back immediately. Is this just me or is it everyone now?

Basically when the Friday folly was taken away everything has went downhill from there.
Spins are issued daily, not per deposit after the first 3
still waiting on mine too…apparently they dont work on the weekends…very irritating

Yeah sometimes it’s there to claim in minutes and other times it takes 24hrs I don’t get it so inconsistent

None of them have been around all weekend…absolutely terrible of them.

Spins can take up to 24 hours after the deposit is made to credit to accounts.

@Christiotto up to 24 hours as motioned, although the 2 deposits you made earlier were below the minimum so would not qualify unfortunately

I believe you already spoke to CS about this and it was escalated to marketing for clarification.
They will message you when the issue has been addressed.
ya… ok thought that cs person wasnt understand what i was asking… did you read the chat? He was saying my tier lvl doesn’t actually qualify for the btc exclusive membership… even tho ive been recieving the bonus for several months. But the terms of service also doesnt say anything about tier requirements…

Says “sign up for program”… and I did months ago been recieving them for months why all of suden Im not eligible?
There are 2 different programs, it looks like you should be on the other one. But they will get clarification from marketing regarding this.
