I believe I am missing spins from last week
I also am missing at least 2 to 3 bonus spins. You have awarded me 4 rounds of bonus spins in the last 2 days and they are not spins awarded from last week. They are awarded for the eligible deposits I made starting Monday. So it’s not one set of free spins per day . By the company’s own system it is awarding me free spins per eligible transaction. And so I would like the remaining sets of bonus spins. Which would be a minimum of 2 sets if not 3. This is getting ridiculousits s.lv used to be pretty non hassle. And it’s getting pretty tiresome to have to ask for what has been told is what we get as a member. I spent over 600 in the last 2 days and never won more than 150 if even that. Please look into crediting my account with the minimum free spins we have been told we will get. Thank you
And I have made 7 qualifying deposits since 12 am Monday morning and recieved 4 sets of bonus spins. So where are the other 3. Because if I’m going off of what slots lv is doing. They are giving me 4 sets of bonus spins for what if it’s onlyb1 a day. So that is not correct. They gave me 4 sets of bonus spins after each qualifying deposits starting Monday. Yes and you got 3 of them on the 25th and another set for the 26th. You don’t get them for every deposit. You get the first 3 sets of spins for the first 3 qualifying deposits but then only once daily after that
And it doesn’t specify that. Anywhere. So I’m over this casino and how it just makes up what their terms mean as you go along. This is the first I’ve heard the first 3 and then 1 a day. I’ve been told 1 onlybperdat but then given fsbafter each deposit. I’m fedbuo with the runaround and fishy run around. This company is not holding to a high set of business practices and standards. I’m very disappointed I have lined the pockets of a company that changes their game play rules up as we go

Nowhere does it say anything about first 3 deposits. It’s funny how slots lv would send me these terms and then have their agents special and never once mention the first 3. Idd.
But by that email you would still only have been eligible for 2 sets of spins for one per day and not the 4 you got.
