This is not accurate. You received spins on the 11th, 13th, 14th, and 16th as well as your points on the 11th.

I didnt receive my points last week for a qualifying deposit. I got the free spins but not the points. I talk to customer service multiple times I’m in which they told me to wait 24 to 48 hours. After 24 to 48 hours I contacted customer service again and the agent told me that the promotion was expired and there’s no way for him to get me my points. He said that since it was Sunday when the transaction happened that I was no longer eligible for the point. I have never had that happen before period very frustrating
