Thanks for the response, that’s disappointing because I know I selected the bonus at the time of deposit. I’ve been playing online slots for a while and I understand the importance of making sure the bonus is attached. I don’t feel comfortable depositing more money to “get the bonus” the next time. Especially with all of the similar complaints. This must have been a system issue because I only deposit when there is a bonus involved. Is there something that someone can do to make this right?

Unfortunately not once the funds are used. Had you contacted us prior to using the funds we likely could have added them for you. After use there isn’t really anything to attach a deposit bonus to.

Yeah, it’s very frustrating. I was told today in chat that these concerns regarding bonuses are being discussed, but that they aren’t considered “issues” on their end.
