Same here. Believe it or not when I tried chatting with customer service about it they called me a liar and accused me of trying to get free spins for nothing. I was appalled. Hours later they finally issued my free spins though once they dug further and seen that the spins I made really were deducted from my balance. Although I wasted 28 bucks thinking my spins were free when they realized what was happening finally issued my freebies it sucks they didn’t replace my money but at least I got my spins I guess. Please explain the phrase first 3 deposits unlocks spins times 3 as stated in terms and conditions. Because the system gave me 3 sets of spins for one deposit once but not on the next 2 deposits i am so confused
You should get the points once per week.
Then you get a set of spins everyday if you deposit 20 or more.
So if you deposit $20 or more everyday you will get 350 spins
So why does the t and c say 3x free spins for forst 3 deposits then once daily for subsequent deposits plus the system gave me 3 sets of spins for one deposit one time
