My feedback on this rewards program:
While I do see the potential the program has over the previous crypto exclusive program others have stated the chart seems off, disappointing that the highest tier doesnât get the best rewards. I get that the points redemption values very by tiers but gold frenzy and diamond flurry equal the same dollar value if points are maxed out, both equal a max of $105 in points per week.
Also the making 5 separate $20 deposits doesnât seem right to me. When it says âwe will consider 5 multiples of $20â that to me sounds if I deposit $80 (4 multiples of $20) that should reward me with 4x the points the points the next day. And if I deposited $150 I would max out the points earned per day on that deposit. No where is it clear that you have to make 5 deposits of $20 minimum to max out the points you can earn per day. Multiples of $20 means $40, $60, $80 etc. not multiple $20 deposits. So that is unclear and very confusing. It should say something like âTo receive the max daily points rewards, you must deposit/wager 5 deposits of $20 minimumâ. Or something to that effect. Again the first 5 multiples of $20 does not make clear it has to be separate deposits as I could deposit $100 and have 5 multiples of $20 in a single deposit.

I still didnât get my extra points for both my deposit. I got my bs 6k points and was suppose to get 2 sets of 10,753 points and still didnât get it like last weekâŚâŚ this promo is lame afâŚ,yâall so goofy now like itâs hilarious how much yâall went to shitâŚ

I agree with all of this but in the first line you say you can see the benefits of this new promo, can you explain them bc I donât see them at all. Iâm genuinely asking, not being a contrarian, just wondering what youâre thinking there

My feedback is that I just donât like the new promo. I know itâs not constructive itâs just the truth. I have been depositing less since the switch because thereâs no incentive here to deposit. I donât say this to be mean, I say it bc if I feel like this then surely others do too. Plus, itâs been so clunky. Spending several minutes having to ask where the points are etc. just not a fan, thanks for reading

The fact that I can earn $105 in rewards points every week is significantly higher than the previous crypto program. However, I will not be making 35 separate deposits of $20 to do it every week. That makes no sense.

Yeah and then not to mention the ridiculous play through requirement. AND only getting two deposit bonuses per week. I was getting 3 deposit bonuses every day and 50 free spins every day. I just canât see how this is a better promotion.

Please add points for Wednesdayâs deposit (only deposit this week). It would have been nice if they fixed this ongoing issue for us, before implementing a new program. Having to continually come to the forum and post about not getting rewards is a PIA & just shouldnât have to happen.

Iâve cleared the play through requirements quite a few times, itâs not easy but I have managed to do it. Usually I hope I can get up enough without using bonus funds and then forfeit the bonus funds after. I used to get 3 deposit bonuses per day but that went away for me awhile ago. Then it was just 2 per week and I could use 2x and 3x each and now itâs only the two per week. I also used to get the 50 spins for depositing $20+ up to 7x a week but that was meh to me I only ever won like $1-3 from the 50 spins I think once I managed to win $18 so idc that is gone honestly. But the requirement to make 35 deposits $20 deposits per week to max out point rewards for this new program is just ridiculous. Had I known that before I wouldnât have deposited $80/$80/$30 I would have only done $20 at a time. Saying they will consider 5 multiples of $20 instead of 5 deposits of $20 are two different things and I thought I was getting $12 in points for each of the $80 and $3 for the $30 to be $27 total this week not the measly $9 I got in points.

I canât get bonus points because the money I deposit is gone in 10 mins - if that!! Every spin loses or I get less than the spin amount back.
There are no more daily rewards.
This is horrible play. Are the only ones winning those better more than 20$ per bet?
