I think the problem is that ANYONE who isn’t affiliated with the company can admit this is a massive downgrade in regard to player rewards… that’s y’all’s prerogative I suppose, however dropping confetti, shooting fireworks and explaining it with cheery writing does not mask the reality. Treating your players like it would is the slap in the face swiftly delivered following and a kick in the ‘test-icicles’

Still has not been added going on three days now!
You get 4 days instead of 3 days, it is not a separate card that is added as such, but an extra day.
So someone like myself who plays almost every day there isnt actually a bonus at all?

If you are depositing frequently, you will just see the scratch card every day pretty much.
Same as I am now. So pretry much I just don’t have any perks. I dont know Nick this wasnt thought through vwry well. Ive been Diamond Level for many years and there is no more perks for me as a VIP

Any changes in bonuses and promotions are researched and discussed in great detail by the department responsible for them. We cannot of course change anything regarding this, but we can pass on feedback .

I made a deposit on the morning of the 22nd, meaning I, as a member of the “Crypto Club”, should have received points on the morning of the 23rd. Those points, which typically arrive at 10:17am ET, still have not been arrived in my account. Help please? Thank you.

You will now receive an extra day for the scratch card instead of the rewards points on deposits.
I have made deposits since the switch from points to spins but I haven’t seen any extra spins? Am I missing something?

Yes you are! It’s not a daily spin it is another spin for an extra day. So if you are a daily depositor like me there is not actual bonus…
Kindly note that the extra Scratch Card means that you would be able to Scratch for 4 days instead of 3.

From what I read and if I understand it correctly, when we make a deposit using crypto and are current crypto members there will be an automatic 100% bonus match with 40x rollover? It used to be that we had to select the crypto bonus before a deposit for it to take effect. I personally never used it because I didn’t want to be under the 40x rollover requirement. So my deposits won’t be “clean” anymore? If that’s the case then this sucks.
