@moderators Now my $10.50 in reward points for my $60 deposit yesterday didn’t arrive. What is going on??
Lost one of the 100% deposit bonuses due to the program changing.
Didn’t get the extra scratch card for the new and improved program
And now haven’t gotten the reward points of $10.50 for the program crypto club that is still in place.
Please help
Hi @TexasGal5, I do understand your concern. As announced regarding the recent changes starting October 20th, for this promotion the rewards points has been replaced with an additional Scratch Card entry.
However, only crypto deposits made after October 20th will be eligible for the new perks.

I purchased $60 yesterday and didn’t get my reward. See screenshot.
I purchased $400 and didn’t get it either. This is where we skip a day while they figure out how this works🙄
So they have taken away our crypto rewards, which in my case being the amount i deposit daily. Means they have taken away my $17.50 recieved the day after “making and loosing,” the deposit from the day before. Replacing it with an extra scratch on the scratch card which in all reality means they have replaced with $10.00 because thats whats is usually recieved from the scratch card… Im a platinum paradise which is suppose to be the highest tier with the best rewards and service provided. But it has actually been less rewarding and upsetting to see others getting to take advantage of better rewards than myself…
Other than all that ive experience nothing but money lost here time and time again. It seems to me like its not worth even trying here anymore. So realistically everyone shouldnt be worried about the missing rewards not being recieved from the real money they have lost trying to get those rewards…
@TexasGal5 Correct, for the crypto club promotion the reward points earned on deposits is replaced with an additional entry for the scratch card. This was discontinued the 20th of October.

Is anyone else having issues with receiving their extra scratcher for being a crypto club member. My friends didn’t receive their extra scratch card for making a depisiting line they said they would after the 20th instead of the extra redeem points we yse to get for being a cryptoclub member. What’s the point of being a crypto exclusive if were nolonger receiving extra perks for being one?

Don’t believe anything they post or message you on promotions… I have been waiting 5 days on a promotion I completed but they will not honor it. I have been trying to contact them but all they do is give me the run arounds and will not respond. I have proof and confirmation and still they need to investigate or escalate my matter. Please don’t be fooled. I have been waiting and patience for them but NOTHING IS BEING DONE. Warnings to all.
That’s not what it says, but I didn’t get my rewards today either. It says that you don’t get rewards points on the Match Bonus deposit, but are supposed to get an extra scratch card. Regular crypto club deposits should still get rewards but again mine never showed up.
Can anyone help guide me to a person or department that can actually help me resolve an issue? Been trying to reach out for help since Friday and nothing seems to be working. This is unprofessional. Please anyone with any idea how to contact person in charge. Thanks

Kindly note that the additional Scratch Card refers to 4 days instead of 3, regarding the Rewards Points , players will no longer earn reward points from their qualifying daily deposits @BostonOG.
