But you will get them tomorrow after todays deposit.
But the depoist that I chose said match and reward points and got the match but no points

Points are issued the following day as I mentioned before, they get issued around 10a Eastern.

@moderators I do have a question…is there a specific time of day we are to receive points. I would hope that issuing team would learn from the past and have it as such! And if we do not receive them by a certain time frame we can contact y’all? If yes what would that time frame be? Thanks so much for your help.

Well, since a specific time is not mentioned in the terms, they might get issued anytime on the following day. I’d say it’s reasonable to contact us after the following day has passed and points are still not on the account.

Just to add, they did initially advise us around 9 ET but we are actually seeing them added around 10.
But as Serena says, there are no specifics in the terms so this is what we would have to go by for any escalations or follow ups.

So let me get this straight. You need to deposit with a bonus in order to get your crypto rewards. You can no longer make a clean deposit.
Very unfair and a sneaky way to make players use a playthrough.
