I doubt you’ll be getting this free spins /points since they made changes or update to the crypto exclusive program I’m assuming that’s the program you’re talking about here?

I just double checked and never rec’d an email. So even though I’m crypto exclusive, I have to opt in to be crypto exclusive for this? I made a deposit today … after I didn’t receive points & spins, I came here and found out about new (worse) promo. This is just taking away more benefits … I definitely won’t be making as many deposits here.

last night i made qualifying deposit around 3:30am and appeared that the five time vegas bitcoin exclusive promo was still available cause i went to page where it says start earning but never recieved points or spins. will i still receive them or do i have to opt in to new program. ?

@angelasugarbaker Crypto club program does not include any spins, only reward points based on your loyalty level and match bonus, which can be redeemed two times per week.
@Pookie please keep an eye to your rewards page, as per promotion the accumulated points should be added there.
Please note that there were some adjustments made to the program. So whenever you make a deposit of at least $20 and wager it at least once, you will be rewarded with reward points the next day based on your loyalty tier.
Missing points and free spins

It’s pretty subjective to say which offer was better, but one advantage that I see with these reward points is that they can be played on any of your favorite games, which was not the case with the free spins + if you deposit enough, based on your tier level you may get pretty high amount of points.

@Chicomeme The program has changed and Free Spins are not part of it anymore. You should get a reward point issuance for each $20.00 deposit that’s also been wagered. Approximate timeframe - 2 hours after the deposit was wagered. Review the link above for more info about this new Crypto promotion that replaced Super Crypto.

Why do higher tiers get lower point amount. I am lighting blitz and I get less points than dollar rush?
It’s a reward based on player’s loyalty levels(aka tier levels). Players with higher loyalty level (that is based on their deposit and wagering history) get higher rewards.
It’s been about six hours since my deposit and I’m still not seeing the points or the deposit bonus that supposedly comes with it.

‘Rewards Points will be awarded the next day and are attributed based on a multiple of $20 deposited and wagered.’
We have to wait for 24 hours approximately for them to show up. Please contact us if you don’t receive the perks in the timeframe.
I think everyone gets the concept, but look again - the numbers sure don’t reflect that.
Hello everyone. It seems to me that there’s a lot of negativity about the new crypto program. It’s understandable that a lot of players will be frustrated and upset about these changes. Most of us understand the truth so we have the option to continue loyalty or not. The truth is this was a business move of course in the interest of the casino. Maybe the last crypto program produced low numbers and it’s all about numbers. Most likely the new crypto program will be designed for profit but rewarding loyal customers in the long run so my suggestion to those that are loyal try to continue and you will see. Remember when changes occur the whole truth cant always be said their job is to comfort you and keep you as a customer but it’s our job to grasp an understanding and know that we have options to make a choice.
