@Tkelly44 16501.65 points were added on 10/01/2023. They are added the next day as usual.
I didnāt get my bonus points added to my account , this has happened the last 2 days(Oct. 5 is the 3rd day) and I canāt get anyone to look at my account and screenshots. Tuesday and Weds my account was looked at and added manually.

please anyone could I trouble you for assistance? I had no idea the bitcoin exclusive had changed and I made a deposit with the expectation that Iād be getting my spins and points. 
I didnāt receive any notification regarding it either and an agent I spoke to regarding my missing bonus said it was changed last month and it changed on me because I wasnāt depositing regularly. The agent couldnāt even explain the crypto rewards to me since Iām just dumbfounded and donāt know what Iād be receiving and havenāt received anything as of yet. I enjoy playing here, but a heads up wouldāve been cool 
any help would be greatly appreciated
@Mebyrd I see your points were issued yesterday, bear in mind that you need to make a whole $20 deposit and wager it same day, as accumulated amounts in deposits will not trigger the points.
@Shy600 The program was adjusted last month indeed, therefore this has changed for each customer, not specifically you. As per new adjustments, you are eligible for 100% up to $250, twice per week and for 3,150 points per each $20 deposit according to your loyalty level. I can see why they were not issued though, according to the program whenever you make a same-day deposit and wager of at least $20 before 23:59 ET you trigger the issuance and you fully wagered it after 23:59 ET.

The points were added from what I can see.
Itās an irrelevant amount of money but I did two qualifying deposits yesterday and only received points once.
Be aware that points are issued the day after the deposit is made/wagered, so you should get them later today.
I got the points and was thinking whatever 2 bucks who cares, then I hit 500x on reels and wheels xl spin. So I am happy with the points today.

@Mebyrd can you please clarify which deposit are you referring to? As Iām seeing you made only 1 qualifying deposit recently and the points were added to the account.

So I was hoping someone could take a look at the below deposit and possibly waive the missing 6 cents so it is a whopping $20 in theory and issue points or sumtin like that
Also I definitely did send more than $20 like always but evidently the market fluctuated too much in the wrong direction in the long time my money sat in the mempool. I can send you a screenshot of my actual sent amount if that helps. Of course none of this is the casinoās issues but a closed mouth donāt get fed
