Withdrawal - SMS - On hold Forever

I tried withdrawing and it wasn’t sending me my sms.
So I hit resend and tried numerous times.
Nothing. I have withdrawn before no issues.
So I called the phone number and sit on hold for 30 minutes and finally just hung up.

I then 40 minutes later get a ton of texts with my code.

I wait and enter the last 3 I got and it froze my account for 24 hours.

Once again on hold forever.

Now at the 24 minute mark on hold. Total of 54 minutes so far on hold
