I’m trying to play mystic elements and an error message keeps popping up telling me to reload.

Msdania, have you tried to reboot the device you are using, especially if a smart phone. each smartphone has a reboot sequence that is more than just turning off and on. Also on some of these games you can set the graphics lower (Alot of games have 3 settings for graphics).
Can you please explain this reboot sequence you are referring to?
