@Nick that is the exact response a person gives when they can’t divulge information bc it would result in mutiny and a mass exodus. Why is it everyone plays here? Is it the extra 25% in their daily promo? Lol I can’t what’s worse here the admins who are fully aware of the deceitfulness or the online chat agents that can’t even be bothered to learn about their company’s promotions. ``

We moderate the forum, we do not work with marketing. The only information we receive regarding promotions are when we receive an email regarding and changes or new promos.
We would have no insight as to why one player receives a rewards package different to another player.
One would assume it is based on gameplay, losses, withdrawals, etc. But as far as specific criteria goes we simply don’t have access to this information. It is industry standard for different casinos to have different rewards based on things like player level, this is not just something that we do.
The difference here is you are more aware of it as we have this forum where people discuss their rewards etc, where as most casino’s don’t so you wouldn’t be aware of it.

Is the Monday exclusive bonus reward no longer being applied?
This is generally a temporary and limited time bonus for some accounts at the discretion of marketing. It isn’t guaranteed or permanent.
I get emails every Monday and have received a bonus every Monday. Just wondering if something has changed
It is again likely that you just came to the end of the lifecycle of the program. Those that receive this benefit never get it in perpetuity.

So tonight I’m going ask why is it that I’ve made just 1 deposit this week yet I don’t have a single crypto promotional deposit available. I’ve brought this to your attention countless times and the last time I was told that it was being escalated but here we are. I log on to make a deposit and I don’t have a single promotion available even though I’m told I get a 150% crypto exclusive promo 3 times a week……

Naturally when I actually ask a legitimate question regarding missing “Crypto Exclusive Promos” it’s nothing but crickets. You’d think I was over here demanding spins & points. Im simply asking why the 150% crypto exclusive promo that the coveted “Terms & Conditions” state can be used 3 times per week. For the past 3-4 weeks I’ve been seeing this promo once per week. Rest of the week I see nothing but the 125% daily double. Simply looking for some clarification. If I’m getting a hidden 25% that isn’t advertised when I select the 125% daily double then that answers my question but I highly doubt that’s the case bc as I said I do see the 150% crypto promo but only once a week not 3 times as advertised.
