Im a level 6 crypto player and this month i have lost over 10 deposits without a singe withdrawal and nothing at all is being offered back to me by customer service at minimum i would expect to have %10 chash back returned like other casinos used to earlier this year i would get tons of support and cashback offered to me when have a lot of losses in a row i can tell there is new management since the last few months and play here has not been as good since i am no longer going to play here if it continues like this also the new crypto rewards are terrible and not a fraction as good as i used to get

unbelievable how they just drain our bonuses. The site is so fishy. i would bet my life that they changed the RTP since btc crashed. lets be honest here curacao gambling license means absolutely nothing. they can do whatever they please with their games and leave us in the dark. We are the fools for still depositing!!! should really find another hobby to spend money somewhere rather than giving it to these frauds

im up to roughly 95 deposits without a withdraw. i feel you amigo…and then randomly someone posts a big win and gloats about it…very irritating!

@chicoraro78 so, got tired of the tightness of the games. tired of getting one good hit, then nothing else hitting no matter what machine you go to. tired of making deposits, not hitting a thing, and them say its just a run of bad luck (going on 5 months). Saying the RTP is not set lower then advertised.
Needless to say, closed my account here, not giving them anymore of my money. Best of luck to you all

So is the feeling any different when you actually go to a casino? Gambling is mostly losing and the more you do the more you lose. Not into that rtp thing as it is misleading and has nothing to do with your session but the slot as a whole over a very high set of spins. So I figure it comes down to luck and luck alone. Sometimes luck is just not on your side…. Be it online or in a casino you will lose and I know this because I lost everything lol
