I’m having issues once again and I have been for the last week. The last three deposits have been a nightmare as Games Keep reloading and I’m talking literally every single game it has nothing to do with my connection or my cash or cookies or anything else because I’ve done everything above and beyond what I am supposed to be doing. Everything was fine for about a week or so and then here we are again. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone on chat and via phone but no bueno. No mas. Nothing. No help. Nobody available. Getting really frustrating because this is my money we’re talking about here. Nothing like getting disrupted every minute when you are trying to sit and just enjoy yourself …

I totally agree and feel you! I hate depositing my money and then playing and then the damn game wants to reload or freeze and then refreshs itself in the middle of the game and then when you report it that’s if they answer they just say ima transfer you to our cyber tech something or whatever and then they tell me that every spin was credited and played accordingly there’s nothing that we see that can say you lost any money on that game unfairly. Anytime you want to try to escalate the issue they say o supervisors do not handle these calls anymore and we cannot escalate anything they will be telling you the same thing and this and that and blah blah blah I’m done trying to spend my hard earned money on a unfair casino site it’s like all these sister casinos are the same too.

Transferred me as well to another department because customer service couldn’t help me. If anyone plays Thundercrash then you’ve probably lost connectivity while playing and it kicks you out of your bet and resets your bet amount and you aren’t able to take a screenshot of this game while it’s spinning, so you have no evidence and of course they say they can’t see anything on their end. Very frustrating. As if I’m lying.
