its possible but lately has been really hard…i got pretty heated last night…over at the coffee casino they never gave the weekend spins…its was supposed to be for cyberpunk city. the agent didnt believe me so i told him to look in the archive to proove i had been promised the promo dep spins added to my rewards page…so finally he found the convo…then he goes “well, you wouldnt have been eligible for the spins cause you didnt deposit the required amount.” 
I said duh, you never put the dep spin bonuses on myrewards page so why would i dep! lol

oh i forgot the kicker…so after i embarrassed him, it was pushing toward midnight…he goes “well, now the spins have expired.” lol thats when i hung up because it was going to get ugly

I’m tired of waiting for mine to get put on I spend lots I’m missing free slots and lots of points rewardes thrill I’ve spent 20000in 2 months not correct today early am when I played slots it kept freezing this is starting to not make me feel ok anymore I’m tired of asking for what’s mine not once have they added my lifetime points in which I’m owed big bucks plus I never got a reward for recommending a friend a while back I’m owed at least 1000 bucks.

Lifetime points are not something that get added as rewards, they are a measure of which level you are on.
