Transaction fees from apps like cash app are definitely more than the average fee so you should give yourself some leeway when using them

I read the bonus and it says a minimum deposit of 10 dollars but I even bought 11 dollars of bitcoin but it only showed up on my account as 9 dollars so they ought to say there’s fees instead of just 10 dollars cause I have tried to be patient but I am not going to just keep giving them my money no matter how much the amount

Who are you using to send the bitcoin? Yes their are network fees that very depending on who the provider is.
Well once again I tried the bonus using a different provider and this time I was a penny away from the bonus lol I just figure they don’t want me to have it so I will do something different
You should’ve tried chat support before using any of the money and asked if they could apply the bonus.
Also the fees aren’t being charged by slots.lv tho they’re the fees that are used to make the transaction on the Blockchain. If you use strike to buy Bitcoin you should buy $11 it should be enough to cover the fees to send to slots.
If you use cash app you’ll have to buy at least $13
